Leading from Within Programme Launched

The 2007-8 Leading from Within programme was launched last week with 18 middle leaders signing up. The revised programme is now being presented by the joint partnership boroughs with specialist inputs being organised by Jenny Tosh, Barbara Breeds and Richard Griggs and colleagues from Enfield, Haringey and Barnet.

The year long programme will lead towards a major school improvement project where candidates will be using their skills of negotiation, planning, team building, coaching etc to improve standards of teaching and learning.
