Subject Focused Groups

Planning is underway for the relaunch of the popular Teaching and Learning Module led by Bernadette Clinton and Bernie Ashmore. This successful programme of workshops, demonstrations, and development work to improve standards, is to be enhanced by specialist subject input.

The first group will be "Primary Geographers" led by Bernie Ashmore, who is an ex geography adviser in Enfield. The programme will look at the proposed changes in the geography curriculum and address the problems raised by official reports on standards of geography. Other groups are proposed for other subject areas including English, Maths, Science, D&T.
